School Council

At Upshire our children have an important role to play in issues that affect the children themselves. A School Council is one way of ensuring that the voice of the children is heard, has an impact on the development of the school and makes them feel part of the school and the wider community.

Two representatives from Year 2 to Year 6 are elected by their peers and they represent the views and ideas of all our pupils.

The School Council meets with the Headteacher, members of the Governing Body and the PTA.

Our School Council Governor is Mr Simon Fletcher.
