We are incredibly proud to share that Upshire Primary Foundation School has achieved the OPAL Gold Standard Quality Mark for Outdoor Play and Learning! This award recognises the transformation of our lunchtimes and the wonderful range of play opportunities now available to our children.

A huge thank you must go to our fantastic Play Team, whose enthusiasm, hard work and commitment have been at the heart of our OPAL journey. From setting up resources and supporting children’s play to embracing mud, water, loose parts and plenty of creative chaos, they have helped make our lunchtimes happier, richer and more exciting.

We are extremely proud of what the whole school community has achieved together.
