Well-being

 

This page and the resources here are designed to support well-being and help you and your family to stay motivated and positive while at home. 

 

We will share resources and guidance with you about helping children to cope with the change and uncertainty we all face.

 

We have brought together advice and tips, and we will keep adding to this, so keep an eye out for new posts.   Our focus is on supporting children's mental well-being when many are feeling anxious or confused.
